Mission Promenode I - a $25 million mixed use “Urban Village” project with 26 combined ownership loft condominium units, restaurants, retail shops and Class A
office
space, Mission Promenade I is located directly across from the
Pomona Civic Center. The project was completed
in 2005 and
includes Starbucks Coffee, Quizno’s and Sakura Ichi, a 6,000
sq. ft. fine dining Japanese restaurant, with
Watercress,
Flame Broiler and the UPS Store to open soon. |

7 Pacific Development (proposed) - a two city block area east of the Shelter Development project, this
development will include 82 residential units and approximately
5,000 sq. ft. of commercial / retail space
.

2 Mission Promenade II (proposed) - with
12 stories, this project will be the tallest building in
Downtown Pomona. It is a mixed-use residential,
commercial project with over 200 residential units and a
parking structure to serve Promenade I and II. The total assessed
value at completion is expected to be $75 million. |

8 Mission Terrace (proposed) - located west of
the civic center along Mission Boulevard, Community Builders
Group of Pasadena will develop an 87 unit residential/
commercial project. Proposed as a “podium” concept, this
4-story project with one level of subterranean parking has a
project value of $31 million. |

3 Fox Theater – built in 1931, this historic landmark
experienced its heyday throughout the 30’s, 40’s, 50’s ,
and early 60’s. A local stakeholder/developer has plans to
preserve and rehabilitate the theater which will expand cultural
and recreational opportunities for residents and visitors alike. |

9 Watt Genton (proposed) - this 270 unit
residential/commercial project to be developed by
Watt/Genton spans two and a half city blocks in the heart
of the Arts Colony and includes the reuse of an historically
significant bank building that will be developed in the second
phase. The project is valued at approximately $100 million. |

4 Mayfair Hotel – built in 1915, this historic
structure has sat empty since the early 1990’s. A developer
has purchased the Hotel and will convert it to residential / commercial use. The total value of the project is estimated
at $6 million.

10 Charles Company Project (proposed) -
this 160,000 sq. ft. Class A office building will include
41,000 sq. ft. of retail and structure parking. The estimated
project value is $28 million.

5 Helix – a 100 unit project completed in 2006, the
Helix provides housing for graduate students of Western
University.

11 Monterey Station (proposed) - on a 6 acre
site across the street from the Transit Station is a project on
the drawing board to include 400 residential units and
20,000 sq. ft. of retail commercial.

6 Shelter Project (proposed) - this $24 million
mixed-use residential/commercial project is to be developed
by Shelter Development, the same developer that built Helix.
It will include 56 residential units and 3,800 sq. ft. of retail
space.

12 Gerrymander Comedy Club –
this live entertainment comedy club, night spot will serve
residents living in the downtown area as well as becoming
a destination for other visitors.
