Redevelopment Proposed Projects
 | Towne/Bonita-The agency is seeking to develop the Xerox owned property as a residential/commercial mixed-use project. The site is located in a prominent corner of the City making it prime real estate. An analysis of the retail potential of the site was conducted to evaluate the amount of retail the site can support. Development proposals are currently being evaluated for the highest and best uses.

 | Civic Center South- The Agency, City, School District, and Los Angeles County are working together with the help of a developer and experts to master plan the Civic Center area. The plan would be an extension or continuance of the recently approved Downtown Specific Plan. The Master Plan will also provide for inviting pedestrian access and gathering areas for the community. A preliminary conceptual plan has been prepared and is undergoing refinement. |

University village- The University Village Project Area encompasses 7+ City blocks in downtown Pomona south of the Western University Campus. The concept behind this project area is to incorporate commercial, educational and housing uses into a cohesive development. Construction is currently underway on two blocks north of Mission Blvd., between Palomares and Linden Street. This development is proposed to include commercial with two-bedroom lofts above the commercial as well as construction of three-bedroom townhomes with two-car garages. |
 | Shield of Faith Intergenerational Housing- The Agency has entered into an Owners Participation Agreement with Shield of Faith Economic Development Corporation to develop an intergenerational housing complex. The Agency loan will partially fund the acquisition of a blighted mobile home park that will be assembled with the church property. The project will have 64 senior housing rental apartments and 27 family townhome rentals for low and moderate-income households. |

Pacific Development- Redevelopment Agency has been approached by Pacific Development to assist in developing a mixed-use commercial and residential project. Project will include retail uses on the first floor along Mission Blvd., nine (9) two-bedroom lofts above the retail and 73 three-bedroom townhomes. Agency investment is $2,600,000. Total value of the project is $22,000,000. |
